What is the shelf life of your products? 

Since our products are made with high quality ingredients, our products do have a shelf life, typically 24-36 months. 

Will your products work on my eyelids, face, elbows, scalp etc.?

The multipurpose ointment is meant to be used on all parts of the body including the eyelids and lips. This product is super soothing and provides deep moisture. The formula helps provide nourishment and relief to hands, face, behind the ears, scalp, arms, feet, legs, lips, and eyelids.

Are your products safe to use for babies/toddlers? 

The products are child friendly unless they have allergies to one of our ingredients in our formula. We always, always recommend doing a patch test on an unaffected area (prior to use) to make sure your child does not react. Consult with your child's doctor if you have any further questions. 

How soon can I expect my order?

After an order is placed, please allow up to 1-2 days for your order to ship. The origin of shipment is Los Angeles, CA. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.  

After shipping, please allow a few days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email with your tracking information.
